If you are a newly licensed Loan Officer or do not meet the requisite production volume from the last 12 months, your journey begins with NEXA University.

• The Program: A comprehensive 12-month training initiative.
• The Mentorship: You will be assigned a licensed LO Coach to assist you with your first 6 loans. (The coach is compensated via a portion of the commission on these 6 deals).
• The Commitment: We provide world-class training, but we are looking for serious professionals committed to completing the full program.
